Apollo Healthcare Academy ("AHA", "we", "us", or "our") is an initiative of Apollo Hospitals Education and Research Foundation, a part of the Apollo Hospitals Group. By submitting your details through any AHA form or interacting with our digital properties, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy and consent to the practices described herein.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, financial account details, or health/medical information through our admissions forms.

- Apollo Hospitals Network — with relevant teams within the Apollo Hospitals Group for placement assistance, clinical training coordination, and programme delivery
- Partner Universities — with our 11 accredited partner universities (listed on our admissions page) for the purpose of enrollment processing and programme delivery. Each partner university has its own data protection obligations
- Authorised Service Providers — with technology vendors who operate our CRM, communication, and analytics tools under strict confidentiality agreements and data processing restrictions
- Legal Compliance — if required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or any party outside the Apollo ecosystem without your explicit consent.

We retain your personal information for as long as:
- Your admission enquiry or application is active
- You are enrolled in an AHA programme (and for a reasonable period after completion)

Our programmes are designed for students who have completed Class 12 / Higher Secondary education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 16 without parental consent. If you believe a minor has submitted data without consent, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.
